W3 Acton: identify the collection entrance and the whole load.
For an Acton enquiry, give the complete postcode and entrance rather than only the nearest station or a broad area name. If the property uses a private service road, gate or rear access, identify who can allow the van in and what vehicle restrictions apply.
For an apartment, include the floor, corridor carry and any lift reservation. For a house, list furniture, boxes and contents stored away from the main rooms. A room count alone will not show the load or establish whether one mover can handle it.
W3 is a postal district, not a guarantee of one council's rules. Check the authority or private manager for the actual loading position and tell us about restrictions. A seller collection also needs the release contact, item dimensions and known weight, alongside access at delivery.
W5 Ealing: assess the driveway, stairs and destination.
For an Ealing home move, explain whether the van is expected to use a drive or load from the road. Give usable entrance width, any height limit and the distance to the property. Do not assume a space in front of the home is suitable without checking the actual conditions.
If the property has a flat or maisonette layout, include internal stairs as well as the entrance floor. Measure large furniture against the route at the receiving address too. A lift at collection does not establish that the same item can reach a room at delivery.
For a whole-house inventory, include cupboards and stored belongings and request packing or disassembly before booking if needed. We discuss the suitable vehicle and assistance for that load, rather than assign a fixed crew from the postcode or bedroom count alone.
W7 Hanwell: prepare storage areas and separate buildings.
If your Hanwell move includes belongings in a shed, garage, loft or garden store, list them with the main rooms. Say whether they are packed and accessible and give dimensions and known weights for awkward pieces. Extra storage contents can change the practical plan even when the house has few bedrooms.
Describe any side access, steps or long path that forms part of the actual carrying route. If only a room or a few items are moving, identify exactly what travels and what stays. A photograph helps show the load, but an item list makes the scope clear.
Send the final delivery postcode with the enquiry, including a storage facility if applicable. Arrange storage space directly with its provider and confirm its opening and access arrangements. A later collection from the unit is another journey to discuss, not an automatic part of the first move.
W13 West Ealing: coordinate flats, seller collections and timing.
For a West Ealing flat, provide the building name, entrance and floor. Ask about moving hours, lift dimensions and any delivery booking. If items are above a shop or accessed from another frontage, state the entrance to use rather than assume the advertised address identifies the collection point.
For a furniture purchase, confirm release time, packaging and who will be present. Tell us if the seller cannot help carry the item. The one-mover or two-mover choice depends on the item and the access at both ends, not just the length of the drive.
If a parking space is needed on an Ealing-controlled street, check the council's current suspension process. Its guidance says not to reserve road space yourself with bins or cones. Confirm the actual arrangement early and share it alongside the proposed moving date and complete inventory.
Make the enquiry specific to your move.
Send the inventory, full postcodes, date and access at both ends. Include dimensions and known weights for awkward furniture, and say if you cannot help with carrying. Ticking this checklist does not send an enquiry.
Removals run seven days a week, 8am–8pm. Card and bank transfer are accepted. Hire and reward insurance is held; goods in transit cover is available at extra cost, with applicable terms to confirm.

Your moving questions, answered.
Can you quote for a move within W3, W5, W7 or W13?
Send both complete addresses, the load, date and access details for an Acton, Ealing, Hanwell or West Ealing enquiry. The suitable vehicle, assistance, availability and full price need to be agreed for the actual move.
Can I reserve road space with cones for an Ealing move?
Ealing Council's guidance says not to use bins or cones to reserve road space yourself. Check its current suspension process for a space it controls, and confirm the actual loading arrangement.
Does a small house always need only one mover?
No. Provide furniture dimensions, known weights, stairs and carrying distances. Suitability depends on the handling work, including any stored contents and the delivery access.
How much is the van and moving help?
Van and driver only starts from £60/hour with no loading or unloading help. One mover and a van starts from £80/hour, two movers and a van from £95/hour. The suitable vehicle, assistance, minimum booking and complete quote must be agreed for the actual load, route and access.
Can I add packing or furniture work?
Packing, materials, furniture disassembly and assembly can be requested and need to be assessed and agreed. Packing materials require advance notice. These tasks are not automatic additions to loading help.
Is a quote a confirmed booking?
No. The proposed service, availability and price must be agreed before the booking is confirmed. Removals run seven days a week, 8am to 8pm.
