How it works
1. Tell us about the move
Use the quote form, call 07960 200253 or message us on WhatsApp.
2. We check the details
We may ask about floors, access and larger items so that the quote is realistic.
3. We give you the price
You are told what is included, the number of movers, the van and the price, upfront and before anything is booked.
4. You agree, then it is booked
The job is booked for your date once you have agreed the details and the price. Cancellation terms are in the FAQs below.
What to tell us when you ask for a quote
- Collection and delivery postcodes
- Your preferred date, and whether you are flexible
- What is being moved: a few items, a flat or a whole house
- Floors at each address and whether there is a working lift
- Any large, heavy or awkward items, with sizes if you have them
- Parking at both ends: permits, restrictions and how far the carry is
- Whether you want one mover, two, or advice on which to choose
- Photos of the larger items, if you can send them on WhatsApp, to help us pick the right van
- Whether you want help with packing, taking furniture apart or assembly (packing materials need advance notice)
The more detail you give, the more accurate the quote. If you are not sure about something, say so and we will ask the right questions.
Planning a move in London
London moves have their own practical questions: where the van can stop, whether a building needs its lift booked, and whether the route passes through the Congestion Charge zone. The Ultra Low Emission Zone covers all London boroughs, so it depends on the vehicle rather than the route. All of these are easier to handle when they are dealt with early.
Transport for London publishes the current rules for the Congestion Charge and the ULEZ. Parking restrictions and the way to arrange space for a van vary by borough, so check your own council's website, or ask your managing agent, for the arrangements at each address.
Vans, insurance and what is included
We use small vans such as the Ford Transit Custom and Renault Trafic, Ford Transit short, medium and long wheelbase vans, and Luton vans. We recommend the van when we quote, and photos of the larger items sent on WhatsApp help. If you only need a van and a driver, that is available without loading or unloading help.
We hold hire and reward insurance, and goods in transit insurance is available at extra cost: ask for it when you request your quote. Packing, taking furniture apart and assembly are available on request, and packing materials are available on advance notice only. Tick what you need on the quote form, or tell us when you call, and we give you the price upfront.
Removals FAQs
How do I get a removals quote?
Use the online quote form, call 07960 200253 or message us on WhatsApp with the postcodes, date and what is being moved. We give you the price upfront, before you book.
Do you cover all of London?
Yes. We cover all of London and take moves beyond London too. Give us both postcodes on the quote form, by phone or on WhatsApp, and we give you the price upfront. Each part of London has its own page: Central, East, West, North and South.
What is the difference between a man and van and house removals?
A man and van suits flats, single items and smaller moves. House removals are for larger homes and are planned around the volume of belongings, access and the number of movers.
Is a quote a booking?
No. A quote request does not reserve a date. Nothing is booked until you have agreed the details and the price with us.
Can you move me outside London?
Yes, we take moves beyond London as well. Put the delivery postcode on the quote form and we confirm the details and the price.
What size of van do you use?
We use small vans such as the Ford Transit Custom and Renault Trafic, Ford Transit short, medium and long wheelbase vans, and Luton vans. Luton vans with a tail lift are available. We recommend the van when we quote, and photos of the larger items sent on WhatsApp help.
What hours do you work?
Removals run seven days a week, from 8am to 8pm, and you can book for the next day until midnight.
Do you offer packing and furniture assembly?
Yes. Packing, taking furniture apart and assembly are available on request, and packing materials are available on advance notice only. Tick what you need on the quote form or tell us when you call, and we give you the price upfront.
What insurance do you have?
We hold hire and reward insurance. Goods in transit insurance is available at extra cost if you need it: ask for it when you request your quote, and check your own contents insurance as well.
Do you do clearances and rubbish removal?
Yes, both. A clearance is priced on its contents. Choose Clearance or Rubbish removal on the quote form and send photos on WhatsApp if you can.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours but at least 12 hours before your move, 50% of the quoted fee applies. If you cancel less than 12 hours before, the full quoted fee applies and is not refunded, unless the cancellation is because of a medical emergency supported by hospital records, in which case 50% of the quoted fee applies.
How can I pay?
You can pay by card or bank transfer.
