What to Do Before We Arrive
While you wait for your technician, a few simple steps can help and a few things are worth avoiding.
✅ Do: Note Your Exact Location
If you are in a car park, note the bay number and level. On a residential street, identify the nearest house number or junction. For A-roads and Southbury Road, note which side of the road you are on. Drop a WhatsApp location pin if you can. The more specific you are, the faster we find you without needing multiple calls.
✅ Do: Keep the Car Unlocked and Accessible
Make sure the bonnet release is accessible and the car is not blocked in. If you are in a multi-storey or underground car park, check there is clearance for our equipment. If the battery is completely dead and the car has electronic locks, the door may not open with the key fob. Most cars have a physical key slot hidden behind the fob cover for exactly this situation.
✅ Do: Turn Off Unnecessary Electrics

❌ Do Not: Leave the Engine Running Unattended
After a successful jump start your car should ideally be driven for at least 20 to 30 minutes at a reasonable speed to allow the alternator to recharge the battery.
